Special Orders - special orders are usually fraught with manual errors.  Imagine eliminates these issues by automating the process.  The order is first processed against existing inventory and then ordered from the vendor for drop ship or back to the store.  Customer Inquiry is fully informed of the status of all special orders.  Automation of special orders will increase the potential gross margin from these types of sales.

Integrated Shopping Cart -  The Imagine Shopping Cart  is fully integrated with Imagine.  All reporting is fully integrated with "Brick and Mortar" stores.  Imagine Shopping Cart  becomes an elegant  way to increase sales.

FAST (Find – Allocate – Ship –Track) is Imagine's Order Fulfillment System. FAST processes all customer orders.  Customer orders are remote ship (orders shipped from another store), special orders (orders shipped from a vendor), Internet orders (orders from Imagine Shopping Cart).  FAST searches for merchandise based on location, store performance, vendors to include drop ship items.  FAST monitors picking and shipping then automatically posts transfers, sales and credit transactions.  FAST also sends out status e-mails to the customers while posting status codes and tracking numbers to the WEB site for customer self checking and tracking of their orders.  FAST fills all customer orders correctly the first time and tracks every step of the order fulfillment process.
